staying at Best Western Plus in LA was a great experience. the staff was super helpful, the location was convenient for food delivery and dining out, and the free breakfast provided a good variety. the room had a spacious fridge, and the hotel provided daily cleaning, making for a comfortable stay.

I chose the Best Western Plus for its convenient location near the Columbia Memorial Space Center. The multilingual staff and excellent service made my stay exceptional. , the proximity to the Citadel Outlets provided great shopping and dining options within minutes of the hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, security presence, and extended check-out option for a small fee.

Staying at this hotel was a great price for the value! The rooms were newly renovated and had a stylish decor. We loved the large beds and the fact that the room came with a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast options were diverse, with hot breakfast, cereals, muffins, and even gluten-free options. The staff was always helpful and the front desk was manned at all times. The location was especially convenient for visiting the Disney World parks.
The view from the room was not the best, overlooking a flooding parking lot and the highway. The room itself was fairly small, with limited space to move around.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and the clean, well-equipped room. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Despite a few drawbacks, our stay at Best Western Plus was enjoyable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

unbelievably clean rooms and great location - close to everything i needed. the breakfast was superb - with a waffle maker i loved. the staff were outstanding - especially those at the breakfast area who kept it tidy and welcoming.
